COST REQUIREMENTS FOR DAVE REILLY COMEDY NIGHT SHOW:

FLAT FEE-

Our standard flat fee for up to 250 people is $1950.00 for up to a 2.5 hour show for ANY type event. We can make the show shorter if requested but the fee will remain the same because once you book our date, we loose the ability to recoup the lost time. The majority of our shows are on Weekend dates so Friday and Saturday booking dates are very valuable to us. If you would like to do a weekday show we can discuss a better pricing model for you. But keep in mind that weekday events are next to impossible to sell tickets for. So unless you have a built in crowd, we would suggest booking a weekend date. especially if it’s a fund raising effort. If you are planning a show greater than 250 people, please call us for pricing.

DOOR DEAL SPLIT-

If you are a NON PROFIT or CHARITY organization with a venue that can seat 200 or more people and would like to do be considered for a 50/50 partnership show we can discuss your options. You would have to have a strong group of members that would assist you in marketing the sales of tickets to friends, family and local people. (There is a 50 ticket minimum guarantee required for this type show) We would also create a paid online marketing campaign that would be deducted off the top of ticket sales before splitting profits with you. Our normal 50/50 deal would be 200 or more tickets sold at $30 each and we split $15 each. We supply all of the online ticketing, marketing materials, designs, social media posts, professional PA sound, stage lights, stage backdrops and comedian talent for the show. Your group would supply the venue, set up and breakdown of all the seating/tables and managing the door on the night of the event.

200 seat venue would net about $2500 plus all of your raffle profits that night. (All raffle money is 100% yours)
300 seat venue would net about $4500 plus all of your raffle profits that night. (All raffle money is 100% yours)
400 seat venue would net about $6000 plus all of your raffle profits that night. (All raffle money is 100% yours)

SET UP-

This show is NOT like any other stand up show you may have seen outside of a theater or comedy club setting. The Dave Reilly show comes with a professional PA system that assures that every guest will have a perfect sound experience and not miss a single laugh. We also supply stage lights to assure that the performers can be seen from all angles and seats. The set up of our show takes about 2 hours and we would need to have access to the venue at least 2 hours BEFORE you open the door to the public. So if doors open at 5PM for an 8PM show we would still need to get in 2 hours earlier than doors opening. This would require us to set up at 3PM. We do not skimp on the set up or the equipment and we will NOT use your band or DJ equipment. So please make sure have at least a 16 foot wide by 8 foot deep area to set up our stage area. If you dont have an actual stage at the venue we may be able to supply a portable one. We also need to set up a “back stage” area that is in eye sight of the actual stage and no more than 25 feet away. This area will be blocked off with curtains as a changing area and it’s where the comedians stay hidden until showtime.

DO NOT BOOK A VENUE THAT HAS MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT HAPPENING IN ANOTHER ROOM ON THE SAME NIGHT AS THIS COMEDY SHOW. This never works out well and the sound will 100% bleed into the room and cause a major distraction for the audience and comedians. You must confirm with the venue in writing that there will be no other music being played in or outside of that venue on your show night.
