PLEASE NOTE: If you are having the comedy show in a “private room” that is part of a restaurant or a bar, this room must have doors on it so we are able to eliminate 90% of outside music and talking noises during the performance. Dave’s show requires an attentive audience and a quite room in order for you to get the show you are paying for. other than appetizer type food, any dinners should be served and cleaned up BEFORE the show begins, so please plan accordingly.

I understand that completing this form is only for supplying information to Funny Guy Productions, LLC for the purpose of creating a physical contract. This in no way is a guarantee of service.
A date is only reserved based on the receipt of a deposit along with a signed contract, so please contact the office ASAP to make your deposit payment via a major credit card.

Pricing Method

Payment must be made in full via cash or certified check 30 minutes before Dave goes on stage. No pay, No show. Checks are only accepted from non profit organizations that are written from their checking account. Cant tell you how many "big companies" have stiffed us over the past 25 years so now we "don't" take any chances. 🙂
